Oukitel Warranty Policy
Coverage
Oukitel provides a 12-month warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
- Loss or theft of products.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:

- Provide photos or videos showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim and offer a replacement or repair if eligible.
Processing Time
Warranty claims are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving all required information.
