Oukitel Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
